#tbt A quick toast to the (former) State Theatre mural! ✨ While it almost seems hard to believe now, a little over 7 years ago @Palehorse and I collaborated on one of the first prominent art murals in DTSP. As an extension of the original Leave A Message show at @MoreanArts, we were hyped for many reasons to share our work on such an iconic canvas. One reason being simply an example of art for the sake of art, existing in the city we are from. A spark of inspiration for other public works and art murals to spread throughout the area. It’s been amazing to watch St. Pete Shine ever since! ☀️

A huge thank you to our friends at the @thestatetheatre, @vitalebros and the Alvarez Foundation for working with us. All the rad photos and tags of people interacting with the work over the years. While the mural is now gone due to structure repairs, it’s been awesome to share this moment in time with St. Pete. I’m grateful for all of it! ?✌️
